Meditation combined with intentional breathing helps us create a more transformative session by shifting our awareness from the voice of the critical mind into a space of greater peace and clarity. As practitioners we utilize this practice prior to administering treatment to our clients and we incorporate elements into our treatments to give our clients the best experience possible. We also aim to educate our clients so that they can expand on the benefits of their session in between their appointments. Our mission is to empower clients to live with a meaningful self-care practice beyond the time they spend at the studio.
