Everyday we are in the process of becoming. Like the caterpillar that transforms into the butterfly, we must seek nurturing spaces that allow us to let go of what no longer serves us and simultaneously become all that we wish to be. CocoonSpiritOasis is a space to rest, reflect and grow your wings.
Jennifer Frankel, owner and practitioner at CocoonSpiritOasis, is a licensed massage therapist, attuned Reiki master, certified life coach, certified meditation teacher and has studied and earned certifications in various energetic healing modalities, including level 1 and level 2 in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Additionally, Jennifer has trained extensively with clairvoyant psychic medium, Bonni McCliss, to develop an intuitive approach in treatment sessions with her clients.

In her early career, Jennifer taught preschool children on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She loved her time in NYC which began during her college days, when she attended Stern College for Women, studying psychology. She has always felt a calling to help support and nurture people so that they can find greater joy and meaning in their lives. A deep connection with her own spirit has helped her transform her personal experience with PTSD and GAD, as well as other challenging life events, into a journey of growth, wisdom and expansion. Jennifer is a lover of poetry and writes her own poetry which she finds to be a powerful tool for self- healing. She considers being a mother and raising her three precious children to be her greatest accomplishment.
CocoonSpiritOasis is an integrative massage and energy healing studio serving clients in Bergen County, NJ. The goal for CocoonSpiritOasis is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where clients receive outstanding massage therapy, reiki and vibrational healing, and life coaching, and are helped to find energetic alignment. Each client is special and important and will be treated with the utmost care and respect. Every session at CocconSpiritOasis is customized to meet the needs of individual clients to help bring the body, mind, and spirit into vibrational alignment.
